Please use this workout along with your dynamic movement and ball control circuit (you may need to have a parent or sibling toss balls for you to do them) If you do not have a ball, please let us know!!! 

BC Circuit (Contacts)(260)
Low/Medium/High Platform and Hands 10x each (30)
Pass and Shuffle Platform and Hands 10x each (20)
Drop and Drive 10x each (All) (50)
Pass to self 10x each (10)
Set to self 10x each (10)
Pass then Set to self 10x each (20)
Set then Pass to self 10x each (20)
Pass then 180 Pass to partner 10x each (20)
Pass then 180 Set to partner 10x each (20)
Set then 180 Pass to partner 10x each (20)
Set then 180 Set to partner 10x each (20)
Pass low then high – Repeat 10x each (20)

Setters should be doing wall work everyday!!!
