This year we will continue to offer the following:

Positional, jump, strength and conditioning training provided on Friday nights into March.

The gym has been updated and several new training devices have been purchased to help keep us on the cutting edge of training techniques.

We have increased our on-court practice time by 25% and nearly doubled the total practice time for the week.

We have built onto the supporting services of the club by posting our best ever number of attendees at our camps/leagues/clinics for 2 consecutive years.
